X1000 Fluid is a specially developed, water-dilutable rust prevention concentrate that is easily emulsifiable, forming stable emulsions for effective rust protection. It is intended to be used at concentrations between 10% and 25%, with optimal protection achieved at a 20% concentration, offering up to 9 months of indoor corrosion protection.
This product features a unique blend of high-quality corrosion inhibitors, emulsifiers, and wetting agents. The resulting hydrophobic corrosion-resistant film provides excellent protection and can be easily removed when needed. After the water phase evaporates, X1000 Fluid leaves behind a light, thixotropic residual film.
X1000 Fluid emulsions are free from barium, boron, and formaldehyde-releasing biocides, making them safe and eco-friendly. The product is best applied through dipping or spraying.
