Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made from LAH Supplies Ltd., a company registered in Scotland.
1. General
1.1 These Terms govern the sale of products including but not limited to industrial and machinery lubricants (“Products”) by LAH Supplies Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to the customer (“you” or “your”).
1.2 By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products
2.1 We supply lubricants for machinery and industrial applications. Product descriptions, specifications, and safety data sheets (SDS) are available upon request or on our website.
2.2 While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, all descriptions, prices, and product availability are subject to change without notice.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1 Orders can be placed via our website, phone, or email. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
3.2 Prices are listed in GBP and may be exclusive of VAT, which will be applied at the prevailing rate where applicable.
3.3 Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout or quoted separately. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
4.2 Risk in the Products passes to you on delivery. Title remains with us until full payment is received.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Returns are accepted within 14 days for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.
5.2 You must notify us before returning any items. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
5.3 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving returned goods.
6. Warranty and Liability
6.1 We warrant that Products supplied conform to their specifications at the time of delivery.
6.2 Except where required by law, we accept no liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our Products.
6.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring the suitability of a lubricant for their specific machinery and application.
7. Health and Safety
7.1 All lubricants must be stored, handled, and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s safety data sheets (SDS). You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All content, including logos, product information, and images, remains the property of LAH Supplies Ltd. or our suppliers and may not be used without permission.
9. Governing Law
9.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
9.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
