Molyslip® AS40 is a top-tier anti-scuffing and assembly paste, featuring molybdenum disulphide (MoS2) and graphite in a soft paste form.

Engineered for conditions where a hydrodynamic oil film is either unsuitable or unachievable, Molyslip® AS40 excels during component assembly, machine start-up, and high load/slow speed operations. The MoS2 and graphite solids create an ultra-low-friction barrier with a load-carrying capacity exceeding 140,000 psi, preventing micro-welding or damage to metal components.

Molyslip® AS40 is versatile, serving as an anti-seize for fasteners, an assembly aid, and a lubricant for sliding mechanisms, plain bearings, pins, bushes, and valves, as well as providing start-up or run-dry protection for gears.
