Molyslip ALUMSLIP is a high-performance anti-seize compound designed to safeguard fasteners from seizure caused by extreme temperatures, pressure, and corrosion. Its mineral oil-based formulation is enriched with micronized metal and non-metal particles, providing superior lubrication and protection for threads and components.
Resistant to temperatures up to 650°C, Molyslip ALUMSLIP offers excellent protection against chemical corrosion and atmospheric oxidation. It is free from copper, lead, sulfides, fluorides, and chlorides, making it ideal for use on a wide range of fasteners, including studs, nuts, bolts, and other threaded connections. Common applications include turbine casing studs, burner nozzles, boiler inspection points, and furnace bolts. Molyslip ALUMSLIP is especially recommended in situations where copper is undesirable, such as in preventing galvanic corrosion.
