Description

Aquavap is a water-soluble corrosion inhibitor concentrate that offers both contact and vapor-phase corrosion protection (VCI) for the internal surfaces of equipment, including pumps, valves, piping, fire extinguishers, boilers, heat exchangers, and hydraulic systems.

Unlike traditional corrosion inhibitors that only protect wetted surfaces, Aquavap contains specialized compounds that volatilize to provide additional protection to headspaces above the liquid level, ensuring comprehensive coverage.

Aquavap offers dual protection: direct contact with metal surfaces through applications like brushing, dipping, or spraying, followed by drying, and vapor-phase protection through the slow release of inhibitor vapors from either the coating or the liquid itself.
