Dry PTFE Spray is a high-performance, non-toxic multi-purpose PTFE lubricant and release agent spray. It forms a light, long-lasting lubricating film, making it ideal for use in "clean" industries, such as pharmaceuticals, where "wet film" lubricants cannot be used.
Dry PTFE Spray leaves a dry, low-transfer film after the carrier solvent evaporates, providing durable lubrication for components such as pins, slides, guides, hinges, and chutes used in packaging and other equipment. It also offers a clean, effective release for plastics, rubbers, and other materials in complex molding applications, including blow molding, injection molding, and resin/gel coat applications in fiberglass production. The precise, controlled spray ensures even coverage, enabling release from intricate tooling, while the dry film results in matte-finish molded parts.
